Your mission? To run our luxurious retreat in Whitwell, TN like a well-oiled machine, turning one-time visitors into lifetime members and brand evangelists. Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in hospitality (luxury experience is preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proven track record in sales
• You’re a self-starter and team motivator
• Results, not excuses. You meet and exceed deadlines and goals like it’s second nature.
• Hospitality tech stack expert, familiar with software solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Tech-savvy. We use cutting-edge cloud-based software for all functions of the business.
