Position Summary:

As the Systems and Automation Specialist at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you will be at the forefront of sculpting and deploying scalable systems that take our outdoor luxury game to the next level. You'll be collaborating with teams across the board, laser-focusing them on ops-brilliance, all while serving up our award-winning level guest experiences.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Tons of experience using Google Suite, Asana, and other cloud-based systems.
• A diploma in Business or Ops Management is preferred, but results in the real world mean more to us.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

The person we hire will be:

• Problem-Solving Beast: Throw a problem at you, and you're already three steps ahead.
• Clear communicator: Whether it's Slack or face-to-face, you convey complex tech lingo as digestible action items.
• Super organized: Your project management game is so tight, it practically runs itself.
• Self-driven.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Creating and improving systems.
• Utilize AI and smart technology to automate routine tasks, ensuring a highly efficient operation.
• Regularly upgrade the team's tech skill set so they can thrive using the systems you’ve created.
• Owning vendor relationships (includes vetting and choosing the best software for our tech stack).
• Improve the budget: Oversee operational budget and ensure cost-effectiveness at every opportunity.
