Position Summary:

As the Housekeeping Manager (aka "Housekeeping Optimization Officer" & “Efficiency Champion”), you're not merely overseeing a team—you're molding Housekeeping Heroes. Your tech-savviness and love for automation will take our cleaning checklists from good to revolutionary. Your mission is simple but crucial: Ensure every guest space shines with the brilliance of a five-star review, and that your team is working at maximum efficiency. We're redefining the standards of luxury here, and you're at the helm.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar housekeeping management role.
• A tech-savvy mindset. We’re all about optimizing.
• Proficient in Google Suite and other tech tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.
• Good understanding of labor costs.
• Expertise in scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and stock management.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
