Position Summary:

As The Weekend Front Desk Host, you will ensure each guest has a wow-worthy welcome, stay, and memorable goodbye. In addition to checking guests in and out, you will respond to guest inquiries/needs, take part in on-site events, and orchestrate meaningful interactions with guests to ensure total customer satisfaction. Your shifts will cover weekends, from Friday to Monday.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Tech-savvy with a systems-minded approach. (You will be using several cloud-based applications)
• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Supporting guests with registration and accommodation assignments, helping with special requests
• Conducting tours of the rooms and property when applicable
• Handling guest requests (e.g. making restaurant reservations/recommendations, booking car service, recommending local attractions, etc.)
• Resolving guest complaints
• Facilitating guest rebookings (before and after departure)
• Event planning & support for on-site programming
  
• Set up and break down of dining experiences
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space and guest-facing areas
• Merch sales and inventory
• Managing special projects
• Performing other duties as assigned
