Position Summary:
As our Affiliate & Corporate Sales Agent, you will take ownership of building and scaling key sales initiatives. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing our Affiliate Sales program, driving sales for our STR workshops and Mastermind seats, and selling exclusive Executive Retreat packages to corporate clients. Additionally, you'll focus on nurturing relationships, improving sales systems, and continuously hitting revenue targets. This role demands a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven by sales results.

Performance Based Bonuses: Weekly incentives tied to team performance and results
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Sales Program: Launch, optimize, and manage the Affiliate Sales program to build a network of partners that drive bookings and revenue.
- STR Workshops & Mastermind Sales: Sell and nurture relationships for our STR workshops and Mastermind seat offerings, ensuring member satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Corporate Retreat Sales: Drive sales for our Executive Retreat offerings, targeting corporate clients and aligning packages with their needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with partners and corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance metrics.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes and systems for better efficiency and performance, leveraging technology where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in hospitality, affiliate marketing, or corporate sales.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and take ownership of building new initiatives.
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Process Improvement: Experience with optimizing sales processes and systems for better efficiency and performance
