THE MISSION

• Oversee and execute high-impact maintenance operations – Ensure our luxurious retreat property is in perfect condition, handling daily maintenance tasks and preventive strategies.
• Lead a high-performing maintenance team – Build and manage a team of skilled professionals who share your commitment to excellence.
• Solve complex maintenance challenges – Troubleshoot systems and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Optimize maintenance systems – Build repeatable, high-margin systems for quick repairs, long-term care, and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Ensure seamless execution – Your work directly impacts the guest experience—creating an environment that fosters relaxation, luxury, and transformation.

• You can’t execute rapidly—slow decisions, hesitation, and delays won’t work here.

• You don’t document everything—tracking every aspect of the process is non-negotiable.

COMPENSATION

• Full-time, salaried position. Competitive salary based on experience.
• Performance-based incentives – Generous bonuses for timely, cost-effective execution.

 LOCATION & COMMITMENT

• On-site, full-time.
