Position Summary:

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking skilled and passionate Massage Therapists who are dedicated to promoting health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering transformative guest experiences by providing a range of therapeutic and luxury spa treatments in a serene, nature-immersive setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of massage techniques and wellness treatments tailored to guest preferences, including Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for spa spaces, treatment rooms, and equipment.
• Communicate with guests to understand their individual needs, concerns, and health considerations, ensuring a personalized and safe experience.
• Proactively manage appointment schedules, ensuring sessions start and end on time.
• Assist with spa setup, including ambiance enhancements like lighting, music, and aromatherapy.
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and recommend follow-up treatments or wellness practices.
• Work collaboratively with the spa and guest services team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

• Valid massage therapy license in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in luxury spa settings or equivalent.
• Proficient in a variety of massage modalities with a focus on customization and quality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to connect with and care for guests.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a commitment to upholding five-star service standards.
• Physical stamina to perform back-to-back sessions when necessary.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling or spa management software.
