As an Assistant General Manager at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you’ll help lead operations at one of the most unique luxury retreats in America. You’ll partner with the General Manager to fine-tune daily operations, build and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure every guest leaves as a lifelong fan. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure seamless, efficient, and system-driven operations across all departments
• Lead and develop a winning team by inspiring, training, and managing staff to deliver five-star service while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by proactively resolving concerns, anticipating needs, and creating memorable moments
• Optimize processes and systems by leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate service quality
• Drive financial performance by analyzing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of hospitality experience, with luxury hospitality preferred
• Experience in operations and project management with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and build strong teams
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based hospitality software and operational tools
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a record of meeting goals
• Solutions-oriented mindset

Position Details:

• Full-time, exempt (salaried) position requiring 50–60+ hours per week, especially during peak seasons and events
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Onsite | Whitwell, TN
