Position Summary:

Bolt Farm Treehouse is looking for a friendly and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining top-notch cleanliness and service, ensuring every guest experience meets our high standards. The supervisor will lead a dedicated team with clear communication and ongoing training, streamline operations for efficiency, and address guest needs promptly. By focusing on guest satisfaction and sustainability, the Housekeeping Supervisor will enhance our reputation for exceptional service and environmentally friendly practices, making the housekeeping department a cornerstone of our success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Tech-savvy with a systems-minded approach. (You will be using several cloud-based applications)
• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
• additional relevant certifications are a plus.
