Position Summary:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization at Bolt Farm Treehouse. This position is much more than supervising a team—you’ll be the leader transforming Housekeeping into an art, ensuring that every guest space meets our high standards for a truly memorable experience. You’ll work closely with your team to streamline operations, utilize technology to boost efficiency, and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests.   Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring they are motivated and empowered.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining high cleanliness standards in all guest spaces.
  • Optimize housekeeping systems, utilizing tech tools to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure a consistent guest experience through quality control and efficient resource management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management experience in housekeeping or a similar field.
• Tech-savvy with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant digital tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage budgets and labor costs effectively.
