Chief Filter of Mediocrity
Architect of A-Player Pipelines
Accelerator of Departmental Velocity

You will:
Outbound-source elite candidates across multiple disciplines
Engineer magnetic job posts that repel the unprepared and attract the exceptional
Run a world-class screening and interview process that identifies both professional chops and cultural DNA
Shield leadership from noise by delivering only fully vetted, top-tier candidates
Partner with department heads to understand performance gaps, role profiles, and culture thresholds
Uphold our standard: No slow hires. No low hires.
You are measured by quality, velocity, and accuracy. The wrong hire costs us speed. The right hire adds lift to the entire mountain.
TECHNICAL FIREPOWER (BIG PLUS)
While not mandatory, experience with:
Juicebox.AI - automated outbound
Fountain (ATS) - high-volume pipeline automation, workflow creation, and candidate velocity optimization
Testlify - skills-based pre-hire assessments and precision scoring to eliminate B- and C-level talent early
