THE MISSION:

• Build and lead a high-performance spa operation. Develop and execute a best-in-class luxury spa experience that aligns with Bolt Farm’s ethos of nature, wellness, and sustainability.
• Deliver operational excellence. Oversee day-to-day spa operations, integrating smart technology and automation to streamline service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Recruit & develop an A-Player team. Hire, train, and inspire top-tier spa therapists and wellness specialists to deliver unmatched service and guest experience.
• Assist in the curation of a world-class spa menu. Design luxury wellness treatments that attract guests from around the world and create high guest return rates.
• Drive profitability without sacrificing quality. Optimize financial management to maximize revenue, control costs, and maintain Bolt Farm’s world-class standards.
