About Bolt Farm
Bolt Farm is an award-winning, luxury mountaintop retreat and experiential hospitality brand redefining what it means to stay, connect, and transform. Rooted in intentional design, curated wonder, and world-class hospitality, Bolt Farm is scaling rapidly—from our Tennessee flagship into a multi-state, multi-property luxury ecosystem. Speed, excellence, creativity, precision, and emotional intelligence are not only valued—they’re required.
We’re building one of the most distinctive hospitality brands in America. And to help our CEO operate at his highest level, we are hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant who moves like a Chief of Staff, thinks like a strategist, creates like an artist, and anticipates like a mind-reader.
The Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Elite Level)
This is not a standard EA role. This is a force-multiplier role for a visionary founder with:
• High creative bandwidth
• A relentless pursuit of excellence
• A demanding schedule
• An intuitive, fast-moving working style
• A strong sense of urgency
• A high bar for communication, vibe, and execution
Your core purpose: create leverage so the CEO can operate at peak creativity, leadership, and impact.
You will serve as his right hand, shield, sounding board, and execution partner—combining administrative mastery with strategic thinking, emotional intuition, and impeccable follow-through.
What You Will Do
1. Executive Leverage & Strategic Support
• Serve as the CEO’s central point of coordination, ensuring priorities move forward rapidly and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Convert ideas, conversations, and creative direction into structured action plans, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings with briefing docs, agendas, background notes, and decision frameworks.
• Track commitments and ensure follow-through from all stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, challenges, or inefficiencies—and proactively solve them before they reach the CEO.
2. Calendar, Communication, & Energy Management
• Own and manage a dynamic, complex calendar that shifts frequently.
• Protect the CEO’s time, energy, and creative bandwidth with exceptional discernment.
• Coordinate all meetings, travel, events, and logistics with zero friction.
• Serve as the filter, prioritizer, and gatekeeper for all inbound communication.
• Maintain impeccable communication on behalf of the CEO—tone-matched and aligned with the Bolt Farm brand.
3. Project & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with the COO and department heads to ensure cross-company initiatives move according to plan.
• Track OKRs, KPIs, and critical milestones—ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
• Oversee special projects ranging from luxury brand initiatives to design reviews to hospitality experience audits.
4. Creative + Hospitality-Focused Responsibilities
The CEO is creative, intuitive, and demanding. Your role includes:
• Supporting creative brainstorming, brand development, visual planning, and storytelling.
• Producing content, scripts, keynotes, investor decks, or brand copy when needed.
• Acting as a second set of eyes for design, aesthetic, guest experience, and luxury touchpoints.
You must be able to match and amplify the CEO’s aesthetic and energy.
5. Personal & Household Integration (Discretion Required)
• Assist with personal scheduling, life management, and travel coordination as needed.
• Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion and maturity.
• Manage VIP relationships, investor interactions, and family communication when relevant.
