What You Own: 

• Execution & Presence: When you step on site, people move. You set pace, energy, and urgency. Crews know exactly what to do and by when.
• Strategic Buffer Planning: You see two weeks ahead. Every build has a minimum 14-day buffer before guest-ready. You schedule, stage, and lock this in so last-minute chaos disappears.
• Critical Path Control: Nothing slips. You spot blockers before they exist and move resources to keep the build flowing.
• Labor Forecasting: You plan crew counts days in advance, not hours. AI dashboards and your foresight ensure the right people are in place at the right time.
• System Discipline: Buildertrend / Procore / Airtable isn’t “optional.” You enforce digital precision so every material, trade, and tool is staged like special ops.
• Zero Rework Standard: Crooked seams, incomplete punch lists, “we’ll fix it later” doesn’t exist under your watch.

Requirements:

• Minimum of (X) year(s) of experience in a similar role.
• Tech-savvy with a systems-minded approach. (You will be using several cloud-based applications)
• Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
