What You’ll Do

Year-Round Responsibilities

-Uphold luxury-level presentation standards across all outdoor spaces

-Treat the grounds like a creative canvas—enhancing beauty with intention and artistry

-Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and environmental needs

-Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)

-Keep pathways, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming

-Support special projects that elevate the guest experience

Spring & Summer Responsibilities (Growing Season)

-Mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding

-Planting and seasonal landscaping enhancements

-Mulching, irrigation support, and plant treatments

-Garden design input and aesthetic improvements

-Maintaining lush, healthy grounds that feel polished and elevated

Fall & Winter Responsibilities (Dormant Season)

Even when nature rests, excellence does not. Winter at Bolt Farm relies heavily on craftsmanship, preparedness, and attention to detail.

-Groundskeeping and trail maintenance

-Decorating select trees and outdoor spaces for seasonal experiences

-Clearing and salting roads, pathways, steps, and decks

-Shoveling snow/ice to maintain guest and staff safety

-Removing debris, fallen branches, and storm remnants

-Winterizing outdoor areas and preparing for the upcoming growing season

What We’re Looking For

-Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance

-Knowledge of horticulture, seasonal plant care, and environmental stewardship

-Proficiency with groundskeeping tools and machinery

-Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

-Ability to work outdoors in all weather and handle physically demanding tasks

-Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

-Reliable transportation and ability to live within 25 minutes of the property
