Join Bolt Farm Treehouse as CRO Lead. Own funnels, ship rapid experiments, and turn clicks into luxury bookings that transform lives. Hard mode. High stakes. Lasting impact.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead — Growth Hacker for Experiential Luxury
Status: Full-time • Reports to: Marketing Director • Team: Marketing
The Opportunity:
This isn’t just another CRO role. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to turn digital attention into transformational travel—fueling a global movement in luxury hospitality. Every experiment you run doesn’t just move numbers—it unlocks real-world magic: couples reconnecting, lives transformed, and a legacy of hospitality that redefines what “luxury” means.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives on hard problems, high standards, and high stakes—welcome home.
Power Questions
- Are you ready to be part of a mission, not a job—building the future of experiential luxury with a team obsessed with impact and legacy?
- Have you mastered the art of funnel science, where psychology meets data, and iteration meets speed?
- Do you crave the adrenaline of knowing every test you launch could unlock millions in revenue and unforgettable guest memories?
- Can you own the booking journey end-to-end—relentlessly optimizing from first click to final upsell?
- Do you have the stamina, grit, and insanely hardcore work ethic to play at Bolt Farm’s level: best is the standard, speed is a habit, and “magical” is the minimum?
Why this role exists
We’re scaling a luxury hospitality brand where every incremental basis point of conversion turns into real bookings, real guests, and real magic on the mountain. Your mission: turn attention into reservations—systematically, relentlessly, measurably.
The bar (read this twice)
- This is not a “make a few landing pages prettier” role.
- It’s a hard-mode position for operators who can model funnels, run airtight experiments at speed, and ship changes that move revenue within days, not quarters.
- If you don’t love numbers, rapid iteration, and owning the win/loss record, this won’t be fun for you.

We Are an AI-First Company:
At Bolt Farm Treehouse, artificial intelligence isn’t just a tool—it’s part of our DNA. We embrace AI as a core driver of innovation, operational excellence, and elevated guest experiences.
By automating the repetitive and streamlining the complex, AI empowers our team to focus on what truly matters: building meaningful human connections, unlocking creativity, and making a lasting impact.
Company Core Values:
- Best is the Standard – Excellence is the only standard.
- All-In – Commit fully, take ownership, and give your best.
- Move Fast – Speed and efficiency drive success.
- Wow Every Guest – Create exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impact.
What you’ll own:
- Full-funnel conversion from first impression → booking engine → confirmation → add-ons (spa, experiences, upgrades)
- Experiment program: backlog, design, stats plans, QA, rollout/rollback, documentation, and learning archive
- Booking-flow friction removal: mobile performance, calendar/availability UX, fees & policies clarity, trust signals, microcopy
- Offer architecture: bundles, urgency/rarity, price presentation, social proof, upsell/cross-sell sequencing
- Attribution sanity: align paid/organic/email/SMS with site behavior; fix tracking gaps; stop double-counting
- Insights engine: translate heatmaps, session replays, surveys, and user tests into shippable hypotheses
- Partner orchestration: work tightly with Creative, Paid, Lifecycle, RevOps, and Engineering to ship tests fast
- Standards & SOPs: codify how we test (stats guardrails, power thresholds, QA checklists, launch playbooks)
Non-negotiable outcomes (first 90 days)
- Ship 12–16 experiments (mix of A/B, MVT, and sequential tests) with clean pre-analysis plans
- Deliver measurable lift in at least two of: site→booking-engine start rate, step-to-step progression, checkout completion, add-on attach rate, mobile speed
- Reduce booking-engine abandonment and publish a repeatable playbook for reclaiming drop-offs
- Stand up a CRO dashboard (daily) with funnel health, experiment velocity, win rate, and impact to revenue
- Close top 10 UX debt items blocking conversion (prove via before/after metrics)
The Person We're Looking for Will Have:
- 5+ years leading CRO and growth experimentation, with shipped tests directly tied to booking and upsell revenue
- Design Experience: Skilled in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual optimization of landing pages, booking flows, and marketing assets
- Mastery of A/B testing design, execution, and analysis (power, MDE, sequential testing), with experience applying advanced variance reduction methods
- Fluent in GA4 + GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, HubSpot CRM analytics, and Looker Studio dashboards; comfortable QA’ing results with SQL when needed
- Strong UX instincts: microcopy, value articulation, objection handling, and hands-on ability to adjust HTML/CSS/JS to implement or direct engineers
- Proven record in hospitality & e-commerce funnels, including booking engines, spa upsell systems, and dynamic pricing models
- Expertise in mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals performance, form/checkout UX, and payment conversion (Stripe, Shift4, ACH, BNPL)
- Skilled in attribution modeling, event naming/taxonomy, and debugging tracking drift across complex multi-system stacks
- Experience tying CRM-driven workflows (HubSpot automations, abandoned cart follow-ups, referral campaigns) directly to conversion outcomes
How we work (Musk-ish philosophy):
- Insanely high standards. Best is the standard.
- Extremely hardcore work ethic. You are joining a stable of stallions who are revolutionizing hospitality.
- Speed as a habit. Weekly test velocity beats quarterly “big bang.”
- Reality > opinions. We ship, we measure, we keep what works.
- Owner mindset. No blame-shifting. You own the funnel end-to-end.
- AI-first. Use AI to analyze sessions, draft hypotheses, generate copy variants, and accelerate QA—then verify with data.
What success looks like (12 months)
- Durable double-digit lift in end-to-end booking conversion
- Experiment machine: steady cadence, >30% win rate, learnings compounding
- Attach-rate growth on spa/experiences without harming primary conversion

What you’ve shipped before (show us)

Compensation & logistics
- Competitive salary + performance bonus tied to booked revenue impact
- Benefits + gear + learning budget
