Position Summary:

Your role as Maintenance Technician is to ensure the grounds and facilities are well-maintained, landscaping is manicured, and preventative maintenance responsibilities are completed with speed and efficiency. You will do this by following instructions and communicating clearly with your supervisor, putting your skills and experience to work, troubleshooting and offering practical solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing furniture & light fixtures, painting, landscaping, and repairing doors or other building fixtures.
• Performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance. Everything must function and meet luxury standards for appearance.
• Working well with other departments, the owners, and the entire team.
• Cleaning and assisting with upkeep of the facilities, guest units, and overall property.
• Periodic inventory of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time available
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - 25.00+ per hour based on experience
Work location: Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397.
