Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure our property is always well-maintained and ready to provide guests with a flawless experience. From general repairs to landscaping, your role will be essential in upholding our high standards for appearance, functionality, and luxury.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.
Complete routine and preventative maintenance to meet luxury standards.
Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

Perform general repairs, including furniture, fixtures, painting, and building maintenance.

Maintain landscaping and ensure the entire property is clean and well-kept.
Work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with the team.
Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring readiness for repairs and maintenance

Performing other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.

Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - 25.00+ per hour based on experience
Work location: Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397.
