Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our facilities with a focus on efficiency and excellence. This role requires a systems-minded leader who is tech-savvy and thrives on delivering quality service. You’ll manage and optimize maintenance operations to uphold our luxury standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure all tasks meet our luxury standards.
Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Manage inventory and ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are maintained and readily available.
Use technology solutions for efficient maintenance operations and streamlined processes.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with other department

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Strategic planning to maximize property use.
Excellent communication skills for clear, effective coordination.
Tech-savvy with cloud-based management systems.
Systems-oriented approach to organize and optimize maintenance tasks.
Experience in hospitality or other service-driven environments.

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
