What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet luxury hospitality standards
- Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and SOPs
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness at all times
- Leverage technology for efficient scheduling, tracking, and task completion
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects with operations, housekeeping, and construction teams
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strategic planning to maximize property use and efficiency
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective coordination
- Tech-savvy with cloud-based management systems
- Systems-oriented approach to organize, prioritize, and optimize maintenance tasks
- Experience in hospitality or service-driven environments
Position Details:
- Full-time, exempt (salaried) position requiring 50–60+ hours per week, especially during peak seasons and events
- Competitive salary based on experience
