Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities. With a focus on efficiency, excellence, and hospitality, this role combines technical expertise with a service-driven approach to maintenance management. Leveraging strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and a systems-minded perspective, our ideal candidate will thrive in providing effective solutions and improvements to maintain our luxurious standards and optimize guest experience.

• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, meeting our luxury standards.
• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to excel in their roles.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems, processes, and SOPs for optimal operation.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; ensuring all are in good working order.
• Identify and implement technology solutions for streamlined operations.
• Coordinate closely with other departments for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
