Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor a high-performing housekeeping team with an emphasis on accountability, efficiency, and pride in their work.
- Foster a positive, supportive culture grounded in Bolt Farm’s core values, with clear expectations and high performance standards.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching moments, and performance reviews to maintain alignment and growth.
- Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all guest accommodations and common areas, ensuring each space exceeds luxury-level standards
- Streamline and enhance existing cleaning protocols, utilizing automation tools and checklists to drive consistency and productivity.
- Ensure turnover times are met with precision and guest-ready presentation.
- Guest Experience & Service Recovery
- Act as a service ambassador, proactively ensuring spaces always wow our guests on first impression.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any guest feedback or service recovery situations involving housekeeping.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct detailed room inspections daily, ensuring every guest touchpoint is immaculate and aligned with brand standards.
- Use data and feedback to identify trends, prevent recurring issues, and implement long-term improvements.
- Inventory, Cost, and Vendor Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor expenses and track supply usage to ensure cost control and budget alignment.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
- Health, Safety, & Compliance
- Enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and internal policies.
- Train team on safe use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Bilingual Team Communication
- Lead day-to-day communication and coaching in both English and Spanish to ensure alignment, clarity, and inclusivity across your team.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a housekeeping leadership or rooms operations management role, with hands-on experience overseeing room turnovers in a high-occupancy, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or retreat setting is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English. Proficient in conversational Spanish and comfortable using translation tools to communicate tasks as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams with a servant-leadership approach.
- Detail-Driven Standards: A sharp, uncompromising eye for cleanliness, presentation, and organization.
- Guest-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for hospitality and consistently creating “wow” moments for guests each and every time.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinker with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to challenges or unexpected issues.
- Technology Awareness: Comfort with digital tools, mobile checklists, smart automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Adaptability: Able to shift priorities quickly and thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation environment where excellence is the standard.

Important Details:
This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum commitment of 40+ hours per week, particularly during peak seasons and special events. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-performance, hospitality-focused environment that can require extended hours based on operational needs.
