Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee and streamline the construction and production of our world-class treehouses. This role requires a strategic leader who excels at planning, scheduling, budgeting, and driving efficiency improvements. You’ll coordinate across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met while optimizing operations for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple treehouse builds and production phases simultaneously.

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate supplies, materials, and trades to optimize workflow and reduce delays.
Implement production and efficiency improvements to enhance operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Work closely with leadership to align production goals with overall business objectives.
Split time between office work and site visits to monitor project progress and resolve challenges proactively.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills for clear, effective coordination.
Tech-savvy with cloud-based management systems.
Systems-oriented approach to organize and optimize maintenance tasks.
Experience in hospitality or other service-driven environments.
